Program Director Duncan Clancy. Born with a stick in his hand in lacrosse-crazy Manhasset, NY, Duncan’s love for the game began as early as he can remember. After moving to Princeton, NJ and graduating from Lawrenceville School as a three time state champion, Duncan moved on to Rutgers University where he started all four years. As 5th year attackman at Jacksonville University, he was drafted by the Florida Launch of Major League Lacrosse, where he played for four seasons professionally. Duncan currently runs his own Training & Lacrosse Development business and is fortunate to work with elite players across the state of Florida, currently including over 100 Division 1 mens and women’s players. Additionally, he is the Offensive Coordinator at The Benjamin School, where his team won the 2024 FHSAA State Championship. His expertise is offensive development and loves teaching the nuances of offensive lacrosse. 

Katy Clancy serves as the Team Manager and wife of Duncan Clancy. Originally from Maine, she moved to Florida over 10 years ago and is now a small business owner in Palm Beach County.

Patrick Clancy is a coach at The Benjamin School alongside his brother Duncan. Patrick also played for Benjamin where he graduated in 2015. He went on to play  lacrosse at LSU where he earned All-Conference honors each year. He is excited to be a part of the growth of lacrosse and development of players in Florida.

Outside of coaching, Patrick resides in Tequesta where he is a Real Estate Agent. He has been selling homes in Palm Beach and Martin County for over eight years.

Luke Ousdigian has been an assistant coach at The Benjamin School for the past 3 seasons. Luke is from Minnesota where he attended Hudson High School and was awarded with both All Conference and All State awards in the 2011/2012 seasons. He attended North Dakota State University where he finished out his playing career.

Luke has lived in Jupiter the past 9 years and also has a love for golf. He has been working in the Credit Card processing industry as the Director of sales outside of his love of coaching. 

Braeden Niemy is a 3x National Champion with Keiser University, recipient of the 2025 NAIA Champion of Character award, 2023-2024 Daktronics NAIA Men's Lacrosse Scholar-Athlete and attended The Hill Academy.

Beyond lacrosse, Braeden grew up in Kingston, Ontario Canada playing hockey, soccer, baseball and basketball. He is a senior at Keiser University studying Sports Management.

Shane Cassidy is a sophmore at Keiser University. He is a 2x National Champion, first team all ACC, AAC All Tournament, NAIA All American, CSC All American, Academic All American.

In high school, he was named all league Ches-Mont Conference and All Area as a junior and senior. At the National Nike games he played with Philly All Stars. He also was an assistant coach for his local recreational program.

In his college life, he is a resident assistance at Keiser University studying criminal justice.
